This proposal outlines a comprehensive digital marketing partnership between Cen-Tex Marketing and Ace Outfitters. We have designed a full-stack digital operation — custom website, CRM infrastructure, marketing automation, SEO, and paid advertising — tailored specifically to the exotic livestock and hunting outfitter industry in Texas. Our goal is to position Ace Outfitters as the dominant digital presence in this space, drive qualified buyers and consignors to every sale event, and build a marketing engine that compounds in value over time.

Each deliverable includes a set number of revision rounds. A revision round is a consolidated set of changes submitted in a single feedback document. Additional rounds beyond those included are billed at the rate below.

The following costs are billed directly by third-party providers — not by Cen-Tex Marketing. These are standard infrastructure costs for operating a professional digital presence.

Upon receipt of final payment, all custom deliverables created under this agreement — including website design, copy, and automation configurations — become the sole property of the client. Licensed third-party assets (fonts, stock photography, premium plugins) remain subject to their respective license agreements and are not transferable beyond the scope of this project. Cen-Tex Marketing retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice after the 12-month minimum term has been fulfilled.
CEN-TEX MARKETING WORKS WITH ONE CLIENT PER INDUSTRY CATEGORY. ONCE A SEAT IS FILLED, IT IS CLOSED.
Cen-Tex Marketing operates on a strict one-client-per-category model within the exotic wildlife industry. We do not take on competing clients in the same vertical — not because of a blanket geographic restriction, but because we believe our clients deserve a marketing partner whose strategy, content, and positioning is built entirely around their business, with no divided loyalties. Ace Outfitters would hold the exclusive seat in the Exotic Breeding, Sales & Auction category. That seat is currently open. The following categories are protected under this agreement:
First Right of Refusal
If a business operating in any of the four protected categories above approaches Cen-Tex Marketing for services during the term of this agreement, the current category holder will be notified first and given the opportunity to expand or adjust their engagement before any competing relationship is considered. This right of refusal remains in effect for the full duration of the retainer and for 90 days following any termination.
